This place just sucks, leakage on the ceiling due to the people above us, Every now and then we get backup in our tub and sink. Management does nothing. The signal box outside of the apartment complex is horrendous. Effects our WiFi horribly. We pay for great WiFi yet it still happens. Whole pipe system is atrocious and they cant do anything about it because they'd have to pull the whole system. We constantly have our toilet overflow. Bugs.
One of the worst management they have especially a guy name Mike and a women name Amy. Dont know what metro properties looked at them before giving them jobs but both need customer service training.
Bugs and poor fixes, once I moved out after putting up with leaking ceiling leakingand them using my personal belongings to soak up flood water I still didn't get my deposit back and they won't return any phone calls piss poor place to live
