Extremely poor management. No property maintenance. No maintaining of the property itself. Theres trash everywhere all of the time. Bad neighbors all around. They dont keep track of who even lives at the property. Maintenance takes months to accomplish anything. Theres no parking ever because theres to many tenants for the property. If this comment is up nothing has changed i will remove it when the property takes action.
The property is kept up with regular bug spraying and cleaning. Some of the buildings are a bit old and are in need of updating. It seems a lot of people have issues with the plumbing. My unit is nice. I personally enjoy living here. I think I have one of the better units. Trash is always an ongoing issue. Tenants don't mind if their open bags fall to the ground.
