RecommendedSo far so good, no real issues that you wouldn’t have anywhere else I feel, so I’d give it a 4 out 5 stars. Need to update or modernize payment system without such a large additional fee.

Upon move out my property was taken they refused to return all of the items which were all my expensive cleaning supplies. During my time living there, Maintanence was in and out every day for odd jobs they should have done before I moved in example: installing lights on the side of the building. The property grass is unkept, they do nothing about tenants dog “waste.” Living there is loud with noisy guests and and traffic in and out , cars double park and not enough parking for all tenants. My husband and i moved there in early 2015. The space was great, everything new and updated. Any issues immedeatley handled by maintenance or management. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place, away from all the hustle bustle around campus, but close to everything! We now have a 2 year old, and needed much more space, and have since moved. Very pleased with our 2 plus years at Ashworth!!
Best place to rent in Morgantown that allows pets! I found Amanda, the property manager, to be attentive and efficient. Rented here for over a year and left only became we bought a house.
I have been living at Ashworth Landing for over a year now. It is perfect if you are looking for a nice quiet place to live with a great staff. I've lived in 2 other apartment complexes in Morgantown and this one is definitely my favorite. I recently moved from a 1 to a 2 bedroom apartment, and the property manager has made the move as easy as possible. I recommend living here!
I moved to Ashworth Landing in November of 2016 and have been delighted with my experience. I checked out there options in Morgantown and nothing gave me the combination of value and quality that I was looking for until I found this address. The few maintenance requests I have had were responded to quickly and professionally. I was especially pleased with the snow removal and application of salt after our recent snow storm. I am very happy that I chose Ashworth Landing as my home.
