I bought a washer and dryer a couple of years ago and was very happy with the transaction. So, when I needed a new stove and refrigerator I shopped there. The stove was delivered on tine, but they kept sendnf me invouces for 2 months after I paid and were pretty pushy about making me prove that I actually paid them. Seems kind of wrong that I had to account for their shoddy book keeping. It took 2 months for them to deliver the refrigerator, and when they did there was a piece of broken trim. Do not use Ashworth Appliance Pease MN. I needed to have a gas range repaired with a control board (which, I couldn't use the oven at all). I called on a Saturday to schedule the appt for the following Monday. The appt was for 3pm. I called at 3:25 to the office location, and the clerk stated that the service truck had broken down (not an issue, if the driver or the clerk would have called and rescheduled, but they didn't, just left me hanging). We bought out washer from a big box store and it was leaking. We got horrible customer service from said store! Ashworth came out fixed the problem and I never once had a problem. They were kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong. I will be buying a dishwasher soon. I know where I’m going to shop first-Ashworth!!
Fair prices, excellent, family oriented service, timely delivery, knowledgeable techs. A must to at least stop and browse.
Honestly 1 Star is extremely generous in my case. I ordered a much needed part for my dryer and was told it would arrive to the warehouse on the 13th so it should be in store within a few days of that date. I never received a call so I called and was then given a different date, the 21st. The part finally arrived on the 25th and what arrived was a start button..... Not at all what I ordered! O M L This is the place to get all your appliance needs filled! Especially right now! The people are Awesome. The prices are Great the store is laid out so cool and very clean. I love this place.
Every experience I have had with Kiel's (Ashworth) in Pease has been a positive one. Good prices, easy to deal with and no surprises. Can't ask for anything more. Will continue to use and recommend.
