Victor did great job —- lamps and toilet. Greatly appreciated his skills! Also, Melissa helped set up appointments…great attitude on part of both!!!
Have had the best living experience here. All other tenants are kind, respectful, and kind. Our unit is extremely spacious and comfortable. Management has been good so far. Only complaint/critique is that we’ve been here eight months and the gym is still not up and running to residents. Have not heard many updates on it. A bit disappointed because we signed our lease with the impression that it was there for use.
During my brief tenure at Ashwood Apartments, I had the pleasure of interacting with Melissa & Noemi, who consistently provided exemplary support and guidance throughout the process.
Don’t fool yourself, “sparkling pool”? What a joke. For two years+ now, the pool/ jacuzzi area has been closed. And the rent has increased 40% in that same time frame, for what? Such false advertising, maybe get it in your contract, because they’re SLIMY. The place sounds like a dog kennel now, and on that note, watch your step!
