I couldn't pass up recognizing Marie for all her detailed information for my mother to be added to the wait list and the protocol to be able to qualify. She has always maintained a professional demeanor and always calls me back. Not too many people have amazing work ethic nowadays. If this is the place you are planning to call home, Marie makes you feel welcomed.
I reached out requesting availability and pricing. I spoke to Marie. She got back to me very quickly, took down all my info. Answered all my questions. Overall amazing customer service that i have never received in the past from other managers.
