I’m interested in moving here, does anyone know if there are roach or bed bug problems here? The apartments look nice from the outside
I moved in last October and I loved my stay. The neighborhood, school, landlord, and safety level is excellent. My apartment was updated and very nice. I never had one problem with my stay. My two children also liked our place. The landlord is very professional and nice to talk with. They also spray every month and have cameras to protect their property and tenants. This was my first year in Kentucky and I loved my stay. If your looking for a safe and updated place, move here. Thank you, Ashwood Apartments!
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. No then again I take that back I would recommend it to my worse enemy. This will be a good punishment for them. The landlady and her husband aka the maintenance man are some nosy people she is rude and disrespectful. They are in your apartment every month to so called spray/be nosy. You pay rent every month and can't have company without getting a letter from her about disturbance. They also have cameras around the complex, also the garbage dumpster.
