My experience in this apartment was awful. A new apartment management company took over like a year ago and it's been disaster. They don't take care of the apartment. They don't clean the hallway, the laundry machines in the laundry room is faulty and yet they increased the coins slots. There is no apartment office in Marshall, no manager at hand when needed, and maintenance of the apartments is horrible. Decent overall the staff fixed some outlets the day after I asked and the rent includes heat. The apartment was smaller then I wanted but everything else is going well.
