Acabo de mudarme a este condominio de apartamentos. Con el área no es la mejor ni la más bonita pero están más o menos bien. En cuanto al personal administrativo. Pregunta todo por qué, luego de que ya firmas el contrato comienzan a decirte que tienes que pagar una cuota por la lavadora, por esto y aquello. Antes de enviar la aplicación infórmate bien por qué no te dicen todo al inicio y al final te metes a un contrato de un año que tendrás que aguantarte hasta que esté se llegue a su fecha de vencimiento. Not the best area to rent at but the property has changed in the recent 2 years of occupying the unit. Under new manag. may I add. Although Grounds mang. needs help they have came a long way in trying to keep up with the property. Certain tenants do make living in the area worse I've woken up out of my sleep because of ongoing behavior bldg
