Wonderful experience working with the office to get things all sorted out ! Thank you so much management team.
Very poor experience working with the office. After handing them a check, they never got back after over 6 months. When I asked to speak to ashwood and birchwood management the office lady shook her head no. When I emailed her documents for her to print out she shrugged her shoulders and said 'sorry I don't know what to do now'. Seems Disappointing and prejudice to me. Make sure you bring a witness when working with this office! Would love to give a 5 star review.
Great place to live! Management addresses issues quickly and maintenance gets to repairs in a timely manner.
Terrible maintenance in general, the parking lot looks like a battlefield the potholes are ridiculously huge and everywhere. The maintenance “team” which consists of an old couple have no idea what they’re doing. If you have a month to month lease be careful they will try and lie to your future residence if you try and move anywhere else. I would recommend setting up a tent before I would sign a lease with this dump.
