I lived here from 2003-2007 in a two bedroom apartment. I loved the large living room and the two full baths we had. Our landlord/owner Bill, was a very nice and understanding. Our heat and hotwater was included in our rent. Behind the apartments is Kenilworth park and it is kept very nice by the township. There are pavillions there and a small pond with fish, as well as a butterfly habitat that I believe was designed by the scouts.
