If I could this place would get A 0 stars rating. This property is something else shootings, vandalism, murder great place to raise your family. The manager Valencia is A joke she leaves early when she wants you call leave A message you'll never get A call back. When your getting ready to leave from here she will do whatever it takes to keep your security deposit plus charge you some outrageous amount for cleaning, paint, carpet shampoo, floor you name it even if you left the place spotless. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE I'VER EVER RENTED IN. THE MANAGER IS SO FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THE HANDY MAN RENE IS ALSO FRIENDLY AND SUCH A HARD WORKER ALWAYS WORKING HARD TO KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN AND HIS SUCH A PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE COMES AND DOES WORK AT MY PLACE. HE LOOKS AS IF HE KNOW WHAT HIS DOING. THE AREA IS ALSO GREAT NICE AND QUITE.
