Edit as of 7/25/2024 - I've been waiting to hear back from Tricodo Property Management on a few emails, but they dont respond unless you can track down the nice maintenance guy who works around the property. At least he gets things done quickly on his end, thankfully Cute apartments. Awful community. People are hostile. Stomping and kicking at cats and ducks. Cute apartments. Awful community. People are incredibly hostile. Stomping and kicking at cats and ducks. Parking is insanely limited to "compact" spaces only, and only one assigned space to each apartment. Good luck playing roulette with the aggressive neighbors who like to tamper with your vehicle (just had to get brake work done to fix their little snip snip).
