After nearly two months of our jet skis awaiting repair and runaround I drove to Ashville Bay Marina to get answers. I found them sitting outside after they advised me they had been working on them covered in dirt, filled with water and spiderwebs. RecommendedThe guys were so laid back. Very helpful and nice. We had a great time on an old pontoon boat exploring the lake. Not at all fancy, just good family fun!
Awful service, avoid like the plague! We rented a boat for my father-in-law's 60th birthday celebration. Things were great until our propeller got caught in another boat's stray debris on the lake. We had the "propeller insurance" so we thought we were golden. Psych! We ended up getting charged over $100 to fix things that we thought were covered by insurance. Additionally, the Sheriff had to tow us to a different marina because two boats next to each other wouldn't fit into the tight space leading to the marina. Guess what?... read more

I am sorry that the damage caused to the boat went beyond the propeller. As I said it is your responsibility to take care of the boat while it's in your possession and any damages you are responsible for. as I also told you we did not charge you for the hub assembly which you also destroyed when you hit whatever you hit at the bottom of the lake that was not a rope. the rope did cause damage yes but the chewed up propeller was not from hitting a rope it was from hitting the bottom of the lake or running into rocks. The marina is looking waaaaaaay better than it used to back in the old days. We had a great time at the kids fishing tournament!
Everything is coming together really well. The bait shop is looking good and the docks are filling up. It's about time it looks good
