we made an appointment with the doctor and not with board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. This is a terrible practice and attitude towards customers. I am shocked by this clinic and the doctor but with us had spoke Michelle Nguyen - she is board certified pediatric nurse practitioner; we came for an appointment with an infant. We told Dr Raina that we were so impressed with him and his clinic and I was not saying it to be polite. He has excellent bedside manners, very thorough and reassuring. Even if Michelle sees patients, he stops by and makes sure he meets all patients who come to his clinic or greets them at the front desk. In these times where appointments and test procedures are so backlogged, his office was able to get us in the very next day when we told them we are travelling international in a few weeks. Very helpful and fast
This summer, I was able to shadow Dr. Raina because of the internship program for students. I spent two days shadowing Dr. Raina. I learned many things within two days. Amazing and very supportive staff. I am very appreciative of the opportunity.
