Dr Raina was awesome. He patiently diagnosed and explained everything to my daughter and I. The office is very clean and inviting. And the staff they are wonderful, especially the ways they communicate with the kids. We are glad that Dr Raina was recommended to us by Avala Pediatrics.
My experience upon entering the front office was exceptionally positive. The staff members were exceedingly cordial, each greeting me with a warm smile, which created a welcoming atmosphere. Michelle, the Nurse Practitioner, demonstrated a commendable level of kindness and attentiveness. I appreciated her willingness to acknowledge my daughter's symptoms and validate her feelings. Furthermore, I was pleased to note that she understood our concerns and proactively implemented preventative measures to address them.
