I used Ashurst Air to replace a faulty evaporator coil. Tim replaced the coil under warranty and didn’t try to upsell me a new unit like a previous company I called for an estimate. I called Tim again a couple years later for a new problem I was having with the ac. He discovered a leak in the line in the attic space. His team came out and replaced the line. I highly recommend Ashurst for anyone needing HVAC services. I noticed our air was blowing but it wasn't cold and the compressor was not turning on. Tim advised me to shut the AC off immediately and was at our house within 15 mins of calling him. He found a wire that the sheath had come off, It touched the metal and burned a hole through the panel cover tripping the breaker. He saved us from the heat and possible fire. Amazing response, service and outcome. Thank you!!!
