Friendly and thorough. Dr Dhanjal has been taking care of me for a few years now and listens to my concerns and works with me to build a heart health strategy that aligns to my concerns.
Very professional team. Very engaging
No urgency. I waited for 40min, had to remind them that I had been waiting. "You're next." 30 min later, was finally seen. Felt rushed, didn't get any help. Now, if I was late to the appointment, I would have been charged a late fee!
