Currently reside here. The experience so far is very unpleasant from the dirty hallways to no parking when the bar is packed. Management & maintenance is dreadful not to mention “neighborhood watch” gets intoxicated regularly & sells marijuana on the premises. I will not be renewing my lease. I was hoping for better

Interactions, Environment is highly hostile. Be aware they’re fake friendly. They’ll speak and will break inside your vehicle later that night. Maintenance cater to Lisa’s before tenants also. They also spike the monthly rent in 2-3 months it’s horrible.

The community has a welcoming atmosphere, and the apartments are well maintained. It’s important to check all apartment features upon move-in to ensure everything is functioning properly. The maintenance team is responsive and addresses issues promptly when requests are submitted in a timely manner. The apartment itself is visually appealing, and while there were a few minor hiccups initially, they were manageable. Ashton needs to get their fence replace i had call the maintenance person last week and he suggested to come out and take care the problem and I had call again to the 0ffice no response . I have been calling for months about their broken fences the managers and the maintenance people will not fixed the wooden fence unprofessional etc.
