I’ve spent years here with past management not being reliable on maintaining a safe and comfortable apartment complex. But thanks to the new management of Ms. Zoey Carr I feel heard and my needs being met. She is resourceful and patient enough to give guidance on the new way things are being conducted (i.e. the portal payment). With her I can see a new turn here with her positive attitude and reassurance.
I had them schedule me an appointment for a tour of a one-bedroom apartment. It was only when I showed up in person that I was told there were no one-bedroom apartments available for a tour. Absolute waste of time, it would have been nice if they'd informed me of this before I bent over backwards to make the scheduled time. But what can you do? You need a place to stay, so you have to bend over backwards or you'll have nothing. Not a very pleasant experience so far, to be honest.
The first apartment I had was Nice, and I transferred because of 2 young sisters, Who didn’t like to sleep at Night! (DRAMA) So the second apartment was unsafe, holes 🕳️ in the floor, INFESTATION OF 🐁. We kilt 3 and more kept coming back. It was scary, especially for my 3 small children! Anyways some one posted a note on my door 🚪 HES MY MAN NOT YOURS! I went off! END OF STORY. Neighbors are so nosey and Jelous and miserable, ESPECIALLY THE SINGLE ONES!
