Nice area, nice spacious town home
I’ve lived here for 6 months and although I love the inside of the townhouse and the location, I am dissatisfied living here. There are issues like the pool was down all last summer, the trash compactor is always broken, but worst of all, I am sandwiched between 2 very heavy marijuana smokers in this “non-smoking” community and my children’s lives and mine are deeply impacted with the constant stench of marijuana in our home causing headaches and upset stomachs. I moved into Ashton Ridge Apartments in March 2023, and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional experience. Right from the start, I encountered issues with my air conditioning unit. The management team went above and beyond to address my concerns, even sending maintenance staff after hours to resolve the problem.
