If I could give zero stars, I would. Ashton Realty has been the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Their failures are hard to describe because there are just so many of them. On my move-in day, they sent me a one-line email saying my keys would be in a lockbox — but gave absolutely no instructions about where the lockbox was, or how to access it.
