I never left a review, but 2 years ago I went there in person, no one was there. I called SEVERAL times and no answer each of those time. Just figured I'd put this out there. I was referred from a friend( Ashton did her moms pool) I let her know they never answered, not once. I assumed they went out of business. I was later told that maybe they only do pools for new constructions??? IDK I went with HOPPER.
From the time the ground was scrapped till the pool was finished was less than 3 months! I would highly recommend Ashton Pools. The craftmanship and price was excellent.
I am looking to add a pool to my home and checked out the BBB as I researched pool builders. Ashton is listed there positively but after seeing the response they provided for at least one review made me reconsider using them unfortunately. This review is not empathetic to the buyer, justifies his actions and fee's because "everyone else charges fees" and insinuates poor maintenance on the pool/homeowner and lastly as been building pools for 25 years so how could he possibly be at fault.
