Bernardo Malo (technician) helped me with my HVAC system diagnostics today. He was very polite and comfortable to have working in my home. Not only did he find what was wrong, but wanted to educate me on what was actually happening. Booking and managing with Ashton Services is EXTREMELY easy as well. You don’t have to jump through hoops to reach an agent. It’s a great service and highly recommend. Will be getting all maintenance from them in the future with my membership.

(April 11, 2025) We had an issue with phantom flushing noises and Jerry Chen came out to fix our issue. He was efficient and took the time to explain the issue and how he was going to fix it. While he was here, he also checked our boiler and noticed an issue with a malfunctioning part causing lower PSI. He fixed with ease and all is working great.
