I had a rhinoplasty with Prof Mark Ashton in 2019. It was a primary rhinoplasty, open technique. Approx 2 years later my columella started to droop quite an extensively, I had a revision completed by Prof. Ashton in 2022 (to revise the columella). This failed and my columella continued to droop.
