Nice neighborhood. The guys I've spoken w/ that work for D.R. Horton are great. Houses aren't crammed in close to each other like most places.
I visited this community around a year ago and then again about a week ago. The new phase is AMAZING!! So private and peaceful. The salesperson I spoke with, Lorie Reinert, was very friendly and informed answering every question I had with clarity! I met the superintendent Mason and learned a lot about the construction of the homes. Definitely want to purchase once our home is sold!!!

Phase III of Ashton Park in Freeport Florida is a nature lovers paradise! Surrounded by lush green foliage and an emerald-green tranquil pond that centerpieces the 25 beautiful beach cottages, is so inviting, this community is an absolute must see!
Absolutely, love it here. Forget all the bad reviews. Robert is great to work with and so is the sales team. We are experienced homebuyers and we are very happy. Very quiet community. No pool community which we love
