This place got weak reviews when I lived here in 2008. Man, it has only gotten worse. Back then at least they had a competent handy man, they left you monthly newsletters and notes when there was a package waiting in the office for you. They had the pool open in time for the hot season (starting early May), and even threw community parties for the residents. This year has been a nightmare. Im on the first floor which helps keep the place cooler but we get water flooding into the bedroom when it rains - not crazy, but the car... read more
I hate that I signed a 1-yr lease here. This place has very thin walls I can hear the people across the yard arguing as if they were in my living room. There is no consideration for it being a work night. Sometimes I dont need any tv or radio since I can hear the car stereos from the parking lot and the B**CHs next door. They claim to have 2 pools but only keep one open and NO lawnchairs like it deceivingly shows in the pics. Thats bad because their tends to be like ten kids per resident swimming about on the weekend. The wo... read more
