honestly ive been living here for a little over a year now and i can really say its been quiet and a friendly environment! i love the greenery around my apartment and the veiw, i can literally see the strip lights from out my bedroom window. we have security patrolling which makes it even safer especially because i have kids! also , whenever i have any type of maintenance request it usually gets handled rite away if not same day! the office manager Lilianna has really stepped it up over here and has been on top of things !... read more
I've lived at Ashton for a few years now and I can honestly say that Liliana our property manager has really turned this place around since she started. The area used to be flooded with homeless, and our "security" was never to be found. Security comes within 10 minutes when I call and they make it a point to walk around the property and speak to residents to let us know they're around and available!! Amazing location if you're a college student. Great spot if you like to be near the strip it's about a 5 to 6 minute drive. The area is not the worst however it's getting better just have faith and patience. I have been here multiple years and one thing I can say is maintenance does their best to make sure things are working properly in a timely manner. Pet friendly environment.
They throw paint on a crappy apartment and call it good. Rented out a unit with air conditioning not functioning properly which is illegal being that this is the desert and air conditioning is an essential service. It was obvious since day one unit was freezing up but they send out the same incompetent supposed air conditioning techs over and over again. This has already gone on multiple times and now they advise on a 90 degree day it can't be fixed until tomorrow or at least another crap attempt by the same people who could... read more
