Literally THE WORST Apartments I've ever lived in. Ever. Maintenance spray painted tubs instead of fixing them, left pieces and parts everywhere. Neighbors above were so loud, sounded like a herd of rhinos every day all day. Management said they can't stop them from living their lives. Which is a lie. It was so loud, my son refused to be left in a room alone. He was scared all the time. EVERYTHING seems dirty and run down. Ginormous holes in the parking lot that they wouldn't fix for months. Would give it a zero but their is no opportunity to do so. Absolutely the worst first apartment experience!! They do not know how to give you the right information or follow any contract, due to giving you the wrong information. They need to actually give the right information and fix their management. I paid $803 dollars for a 1 bedroom at my move out month when I was paying $586. Horrible place. Hated it. No maintenance. no yard work. Floods from bad piping. Kids running the place. And not to mention we had a hole in our wall for months. I do not recommend living here.
I have lived here for 1 year, my lease was up told office staff I will be signing a new lease for a cheaper apartment, I had quit my out of town job to be in Lubbock, I was just waiting on my final check, 5 days into the new month, I had to pay an extra 200.00, because I was not in a lease( waiting on money) management would not reverse that fee, even thought I signed a new lease, when this lease is up, I’m finding somewhere else to live.
RecommendedGreat experience at Westfield. Awesome team of people and very friendly. They always fix my problems as fast as they can. I recommend these apartment 100%
