Adrian and Amna were fantastic! Adrian gave a great tour and provided us with a ton of information to help us decide that Ashton Parc is where we'd like to call our next home. Amna was there for all of our questions through the application process. The property is great. Quiet, clean and friendly. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. We are looking forward to moving in!
Very quick with fixing work orders
Truly one of the worst places we have ever lived with some of the worst management. Here's our full thoughts: Management does not care about safety, there is a large amount of crime that occurs in this complex because there are no cameras, open gates in the morning, and a very incompetent security guard that I rarely see at night. So many cars get broken into, razor blades in tires, mailboxes being broken into, etc. They truly don't care about your safety. There is a massive mold & cockroach problem in a lot of apartments.
