Nice quiet private units. Easy access and lots of storage.
A lot of people have commented on how nice the people seem to be here, and they are,but I would like to say how much I appreciate the fact that when I turn in a request for some work to be done, it is taken care of in a timely manner. Recently I had A tree that had been removed previous to my moving in, was starting to grow back, which meant the roots were still active under the house. I had them take it out again and treat the roots so it wouldn’t cause damage under the apartment. So thank you, Amanda and Mitch!

maintenance is very courteous, turn around is fast, grounds are kept up. Most everyone is friendly. i'm pretty happy living here. i don't like it that we may not have barbecue or have fire pits. i guess it could be safer but i dislike this rule! i been here 4 years now and am staying, rent is increasing at an alarming rate. Many couldn't afford to stay. i am blessed to be able to stay so far.
