I normally don't complain, but I waited in that Cold waiting room for over an hour, my husband experience the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Miss McCranie did apologize when she walked in the waiting room. She was rushing me, trying to get me out of there before the lady in the lab went to lunch, because she wanted me to do blood work. When we're more than 15 minutes late, we have to reschedule. I can understand that, but when we have an appointment and are on time we shouldn't have to wait that long.
She was so down to earth, kind compassionate and all the nurses were so friendly and professional. I was thoroughly pleased with her and the entire staff at Piedmont 💯👏!
She’s great, Ashton and all the staff has always treated me with care. I’ve been going there about eight years and has always been treated with the upmost respect and care. This is the best primary care doctors office I’ve ever had.
It's always a pleasure when I come to see her so nice and pleasant I couldn't ask for better service anywhere else
