I am a current tenant here since Dec 2020 and I love it! I moved from Macon, Ga and the atmosphere is soo different (positive). Also, the building I am in is great bc I don't have ANY issues with my neighbors. It seems everyone keeps to themselves which I love! I can hear my upstairs neighbors (I'm on the 2nd floor) although this was to be understood once I decided to live in apartments. There will be some noise but it doesnt bother me enough to make me wanna move nor say anything to them. I pay $900 for an updated 2 bedroom... read more
