Don't let Dr. Audrey's impressive "resume" fool you! She is equally down to earth, relatable and genuinely cares about others and helping them live happier lives!
Dr. File is both warm and professional and she does an excellent job at connecting with others so that they feel comfortable exploring what is behind their symptoms and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and as a mental health therapist myself I am glad to have her as a resource in the Charlotte community.
Dr File is amazing at her craft. Her demeanor and energy allows for an environment where information can be shared comfortably and confidently. She has an amazing attention to detail, and knows exactly how to connect with her clients, and bring awareness and mindfulness to their forefront.
Do not waste your time with this joke of a therapist..doesn't accept debit or credit cards, over charges compared to other therapists...won't accept debit, credit card or check from my parents or what she calls a "3rd party" due to b.s. hipaa compliance. You wanna talk about hipaa compliance...the walls in her office are paper thin you can literally hear the conversations in the offices next door...WORD FOR WORD...tell me your neighbors listening in on your private conversation is hipaa compliant.
