Yes they got rat running around ever where kids playing In the hallway and mattnes do not do nothing when it is mattes time
I can not stress this enough. I do not recommend living there. The balcony doors flood, cops are frequently called for domestic incidents, mold, hallways smell like pee, and the outside smells of vomit. Trash is left in the hallways. The stairs are not repaired. The front door lock is broken so a street fight came into the apartments. Parents allow small children to roam the hallways and outside. You will hear them till 10 pm or later.
