I currently reside at Ashton Creek Apartments and the last two weekends I have had a sewage overflow in both of my bathrooms inside of the toilets and bathtubs. The maintenance department was very unbothered by the inconvenience that this caused. I pay too much in rent not to receive better service on reacting to emergency situations. I wish I would have not renewed my lease.
My husband and I are in the process of moving into an Ashton Creek apartment and completed our move-in inspection today. The apartment is in poor condition and it looks nothing like the model in terms of quality. My first impression is PRG Real Estate Management does not invest their earnings to improve living standards/conditions. It’s 2021 and the washer/dryer appears to be from the 70s/80s. I got water leaking everywhere twice in two weeks. first happened, told them need to seal make sure next time won't happened again but no listened. just put another pad underneath carpet and staple carpet that's it. It seems like they don't want me to complain. We got so much water flood today and I just stream vaccumthe other day because they refuse to carpet shampoo or replace carpet which got wet first time when water leaking besides I don't know where water source it's from outside. Between the noise from my neighbors, to the parking, to the trash, this is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Can't wait for my lease to be up.
