I do not recommend the Ashton for several reasons. Maintenance is incompetent and very slow to respond. The garage and trash areas area filthy eyesores. I have to step over garbage, dead birds, and pet poop just to get my vehicle. There are many dead mice around the property. The property suffers from poor construction, there is a possibility that your apartment may flood either from the floor or the ceiling.
