ACMC (Cleveland Clinic) I had my ankle surgery in 2017. The hospital is over 115 years old. The spot where the hospital sits was part of the 1876 Ashtabula train and Bridge disaster. They have recently done a lot of work and additions to the hospital. I would definitely say for a hospital it is very nice looking and comfortable.

Staff is always been kind and compassionate. All my needs have been well taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone.
This is the worst "professional business" I have ever entered. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The only one worth being employed is Jane. They only care about getting you in and out without worrying about any actual complications. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous considering they had few patients at the time of my visit but still didn't see me at my scheduled time.
My mother visited this location on 24th st.and they were very kind helpful and sensitive to her needs. When we called for additional information the representative was more then helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. We couldn't have asked for a better service.
