He dismissed my muscle and nerve troubles as psychological. I had told him and another doctor at Corewell, which was Spectrum at the time, that it could be Celiac Disease. I said it ran in my father’s side of the family, with three family members already testing genetically positive for it. It turns out it runs in both sides of my family. My mother has is too.
