I will not be taking any of my computers back to this guy. I took him a laptop with a bad DC input jack. In order to get the thing charging you had to jiggle the cord end at the input sight. I am not a computer technician but come on, common sense right?? All he had to do was open it up and solder a new one on. Instead he told me it was the power cord. When asked he said that he did in fact open the computer up though. I did as he advised and bought an OEM replacment power cord. Low and behold I had the same issue. I could ,... read more
