Our experience with Ashmont has just been fantastic. Being able to have a builder that is readily available and you can contact them at any time with any questions, day or night, it’s been an unbelievable experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks to Ashmont, we are really excited for our new home. They have done a fabulous job in terms of timing and we have actually received the home earlier to what they committed! Whenever I had request for a change, they accommodated. So that is something I really appreciate from these guys, they are very accommodating people. I would definitely recommend everyone to work with Ashmont’s team. The site team, Brendan and Tim, they are really good guys. We are very happy and the finish is so fabulous!
There’s a lot of builders out there but these guys are the ones that were always contactable. They took their time, they did it properly. If we were going to build again, I’d definitely use them again. It was pretty smooth, from the get-go. They explained everything to us in detail and they did a lot of handholding too since this was our first build.
