I wish I could give less than one star. I began seeing Dr. Joseph in the summer of 2025 in hopes to find a different opinion about my symptoms. I waited 6 months for my appointment, and one of the first things Dr. Joseph said in my intake appointment was “You will never find the treatment that you want” and “Every endocrinologist in Atlanta is going to suggest the same treatments”. I cannot speak to the knowledge or skills of this doctor, because I waited 45 minutes and was not seen. From the moment I entered the building, the staff was unprofessional- as if they were on their break and had no patients in the building. I had to fill out the new patient paperwork 2x because the portal did not work apparently, and then when I was finally brought back, the nurse or tech (she didn’t identify herself so I’m not really sure), couldn’t pronounce basic drug names. Absolutely inhumane, negligent, horrible person. The office falls into the same catagory. Do not seek services with this facility or so called doctor.
