Ashlie is one of a kind! She is a true healer. I've been seeing her for years and trust her with my care more than I've trusted any other. She is so thorough, very thoughtful and incredibly wise. She listens and meets with compassion, she educates me on something new every visit and always holds steady in her guiding light. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking care.
Ashlie has helped me immensely with grief, trauma, and chronic pain and I recommend her highly. She taps into deep wisdoms not contained within western medicine and she is also very thorough and careful about the more science-related safety and caretaking aspects of her work. Dr. Ashlie has been a tremendous help in my health journey. I am a healthcare provider and have really appreciated Dr. Hempstead's care and compassion. It is hard to find another provider in the same field who can allow me to be the patient and receive care without having to be my own doctor. The past years have been difficult on so many levels, and I find myself looking forward to my sessions with Dr. Hempstead. She holds the space I need to process my stressors, receive craniosacral therapy and allow my nervous system to re-set. I am incredibly grateful for her care.
Dr. Ashlie is a gifted and intuitive healer. She creates a wonderfully calming atmosphere and is incredibly knowledgable in her field. I saw her for 3 acupuncture visits this summer. Unfortunately, that wasn't quite long enough to really see results. While I really enjoyed my visits and am sure she could help on my health journey, I decided to stop going because billing was always a big issue.
