Ordered a “waffle” lemon cake, created especially for my boss’s 50th birthday party yesterday, because she’s been known to stop discussions when she says, “That really burns my waffles.” What?! Although the waffles on top were part of the joke, people ate those, too. Thanks, Ashley’s Pastry Shop for helping to make this a memorable office party. The boss loved the cake.
