I booked with Ashley more then 2 weeks in advance and I sent my deposit to her she waits until 4 days until my appointment to try and reschedule me when I needed my hair done before my birthday the days she offered to do it I have work and instead of keeping to the original schedule she decided to send my deposit back which I’m totally fine with but this is just extremely unprofessional for someone to do if you know you can’t do someone’s hair or your over book or whatever the reasoning is you shouldn’t be having that day op... read more
