DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE HOW YOU LIVE I have lived here for a year and was ready to go by 6 months. Roach infested and the management refuses to correct the problem. They only patch up issues and not full correct the problem. Recently had a flood in my kitchen and still waiting for them to fix the ceiling. Bad Apartments and even worse management! This place was horrible, they rarely fixed any of their substandard apartments at Ashley Woods and when they did, they took their poor time. The people in the office are rude and unhelpful unless you're moving in. I disliked the apartment and also traveled a lot, so my apartment was in excellent condition when I moved out, but they never returned my deposit or my partial month's rent. Pretty Awesome This was my first Apt. Lived here for a year with my newborn and husband. 2bd 2bth. Very spacious. And affordable! Neighborhood is average. Occasionally there would be a group of young people hanging by the trash in the front of the apts but they never caused any trouble. The police would drive thru here and there. Rarely had any disturbances. Since our apt was down stairs and by the trees. Occasionally bugs would be seen but not an issue. Overall there wasn't any issues really.
