Dr. Venturi canceled all of her patient’s appointments one day (after reducing office hours for several months - giving the impression it was temporary and for training) stating patients would be notified when they could reschedule. A month+ later, she closed the office permanently. No notification to patients prior to the text advising the office was closed, no offer to transfer records, nothing.
