Jeff & Jennifer are amazing! I have purchased Many trailers from them in the last 15 years. We just took delivery of a 24’ enclosed Haulmark tow behind trailer. We are going to use this trailer for all of our crane rigging equipment to set new modular homes for our customers. Jeff & Jennifer helped me custom order this trailer. Great experience. Had me in and out with a new trailer in 30min. Good amount of inventory on hand to choose from.
Stopped in to purchase a wheel stud. Worst customer service I have experienced, had no interest in helping because I wasn’t purchasing a new trailer. Very disappointed in the service received here. Will not be going back.
Highly recommend Ashley Trailers. They have competitive pricing, were very helpful and knowledgeable, took care of warranties and registration - making the process of purchasing a trailer extremely simple. They even made a 4 to 8 pin connector because I didn’t have one to fit the trailer. They also replaced a flat tire for free, no hassles, under warranty. To top it off, they have a great selection.
