The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I couldn't qccurately answer the question about overbooking because they allow walk-ins which is great. You may have to wait as a walkin but if you are scheduled you usually get ion close to appointment time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable.
