I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is well-maintained, and you can tell the management team really cares about keeping everything clean, safe, and comfortable for residents. The grounds are always tidy, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. Been living here (Trailside) for 3 years and can say this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Maintenance is good to respond and the area is kept clean :)
Recently moved in and Haley M worked tirelessly to make my move in quick and easy. She went above and beyond to assist in anyway and though the apartment wasn’t perfect (you can’t expect an apartment built in the 90’s to be) she expedited my work orders and got the repairs done within my first week of living here. 12/10 customer service, thank you Haley!!
