A very good apt and love how they keep up with the apts.
Tiffany and the crew are turning things around and are doing a great job. There are baseball fields across the street, and a basketball court too. The gym is nice here too.

I was in Vancouver yesterday looking at apartments because Iam moving here in 6 months. I toured at Ashley terrace and fell in love with the community and Tiffany! She was outstanding, above all other people I toured with. Other places treated me like I wasn't important and tried to rush me out the office fast cause I wasn't renting soon! Tiffany spent her time, answered my questions, made me laugh, I felt like family. I will 100 percent be renting at Ashley terrace!!!!!
