Louis was great! He helped us make a decision on which bedroom set we wanted. He gave us space to decide and he was right there to help when we were ready for our next steps. I recommend Louis and the other Ashley Furniture employees.
Louis was great to work with, he took the time to make sure we were happy with our decisions and made the entire process very easy.
We went in to look at mattresses and we knew it wasn't going to be easy task. My husband likes super firm and I'm more of softie. Louis was extremely patient and showed us everything at least twice. We ended up getting a split with 2 different mattresses and each got what we liked/needed. Great experience!!
Mike's knowledge made my purchase a breeze.
