I was pleasantly surprised at the large selection at the New Philadelphia location and my salesperson, Mike Kelley, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was there to answer questions when needed but didn’t hover and make me feel pressured. I’m thrilled with my furniture piece and my experience and will shop there in the future.

I had a lovely experience at the Ashley store in New Philadelphia. My sales associate, Louis, helped me find a mattress that was everything I wanted, but still fit my budget. While I was checking out, the other staff I spoke with were incredibly kind as well. I never once felt pushed to purchase something I didn’t want, which is something I’ve had experience with at other stores, and I don’t like. I will be sure to return for future purchases.
Very informative, friendly and professional! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future purchases.
