The delivery was excellent and your product is great BUT we have a Pottery Barn platform bed. The old mattress is sitting on this platform which is 16” high, which we were told would be fine! Now, the total height was over 31” and at our age, not realistic. We will be going back to the store to find a mattress that works for our situation!!
Just received my bedroom dresser. The delivery staff was on time. Professional. And even took it up a flight of stairs that had a hard turn! Very happy with the item and the delivery
Walked in to the Riverhead store and before the door closed Evan was at the door greeting us which made me skeptical. We were there just to look. Evan did an amazing job didn’t once make me feel pressured. Because of that we walked out with a Livimgroom set and completely happy.
The delivery team was amazing! They were professional, friendly and the communication was exceptional!
