Purchased a recliner and found it to be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, sitting in a chair for 10 minutes in the store was not enough time to realize how hard and lumpy this chair is. I would highly recommend that nobody go to the store. You’re not allowed a refund only a reselection. I then spent more money for a second chair. And again after sitting in it for a while, I found it very uncomfortable. Their padding is very stiff.
